1. Acceptance
By installing or using the Fabrik Analytics application ("App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.
2. Service description
The App provides ecommerce analytics by connecting to your Shopify store and optionally to advertising and email marketing platforms. We aggregate your data into dashboards, reports, and intelligent alerts.
3. Merchant obligations
- You must have authority to install apps on the Shopify store.
- You are responsible for obtaining any necessary consent from your customers for data collection via our pixel.
- You must not use the App in any way that violates applicable law or Shopify's Terms of Service.
4. Data usage
We access only the data permitted by the API scopes you authorise. We process this data solely to provide the service described above. See our Privacy Policy for details.
5. Intellectual property
You retain ownership of your store data. We retain ownership of the App, its code, design, and documentation.
6. Limitation of liability
The App is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate by uninstalling the App. Upon termination, we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Shopify's requirements.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
